Action required by members who own Cashable GICs
Outlook Financial discontinued Cashable GICs in November 2019. Only Fixed GICs are available. Notice of this change was provided at the time.
Please ensure that your maturity instructions are current prior to the maturity date of your Cashable GIC by contacting us at 1.877.958.7333.
Your Cashable GIC is set up to renew into a Fixed GIC with the same length of term unless you have provided other instructions. If you would like to make changes to your renewal instructions on file, you have 14 calendar days from the maturity date to make the change.
Cashable GIC Maturity Instructions
- Provide instructions using this Maturity Instruction Form
- You will need your 12-digit GIC account number, and for registered products (TFSA, RRIFs, RRSPs), your contract number, which can be found in your online banking account details.
