Beginning October 2026, your monthly digital statement will be changing. We're moving to a relational statement model, which means you’ll get a complete picture of all your financial activity — from savings and joint accounts to investments — in one convenient statement.
Benefits of relational statements
- Reduces the number of statements required per member.
- Easier to understand, clearly grouping accounts by member.
What you need to know
- Your August statement (published in September) will be the last statement using the old format.
- Your September statement will be the first using the relational statement model. You’ll receive that statement in October.
- There will be a delay in September statements. September statements are expected to be available on October 12.
- After October, statements will be available in digital banking within 5 business days of month end.
