Need personal cheques for your Outlook Financial account? Ordering cheques is fast and simple, whether it’s your first order or a reorder. Use our options to quickly and conveniently get the cheques you need. 

Cheques remain a reliable way to manage funds in your Outlook Financial High-Interest Savings Account, pay bills and make payments to organizations that don’t accept electronic transfers. 

How to order your cheques

If you’re ordering cheques for the first time on this account, please contact an Outlook Financial Representative to assist with your order. 

If this is a reorder of cheques, you can quickly reorder by phone through our partner D+H at 1-855-826-5912.

Note:

  • If your name or mailing address has changed since your last cheque order, please contact an Outlook Financial Representative to place your order. 
  • The cost of your cheque order will be debited directly from your account.

Delivery and processing times

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing and delivery. 
  • Cheques are mailed directly to your address on file. 
  • Please submit orders early to ensure cheques arrive when needed. 
  • Delivery tracking is not available for mailed cheques.
