Our commitment to accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the Outlook Financial website with confidence. Our site follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, which helps ensure people of all abilities can navigate and interact with our content using keyboard navigation, screen readers, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need support, please contact us, we’re here to help.

How we support accessible browsing

Accessible design and interactive elements

We’ve structured our pages, forms, and interactive features to work with assistive technologies. This includes clear headings, logical navigation, accessible form fields, and error messages designed to be read by screen readers.

Browser support

The Outlook Financial public website supports all modern browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser.

Note: The public website is separate from Online Banking. For Online Banking browser requirements, please visit the Browser Requirements page within Online Banking.

Mobile devices

Our website is accessible on most mobile browsers. While all content is available, some graphics or form layouts may display differently depending on your device.

Browser settings

Most browsers are set up by default to support all features on our site. If you’ve changed your settings, you may need to re‑enable certain features to access all content.

Security and technical requirements

We use the latest TLS 1.3 encryption to help protect your information. Make sure your browser is up to date so you can access secure forms and Online Banking safely.

Some features, such as forms, calculators, and enhanced content require JavaScript. If JavaScript is turned off, these tools may not function, but most basic content will still be available.

Some forms and documents are provided as PDFs. You may need a PDF reader to view or print them. Free PDF readers are available from several providers.
