You can easily transfer money between your Outlook Financial accounts in just a few simple steps.
You can schedule transfers up to two years in advance, or have them repeat daily, weekly monthly, or yearly for up to 10 years. You can even make an RRSP or TFSA contribution by transferring into an existing RRSP or TFSA.
You can transfer money to another Outlook Financial member’s account through digital banking. To set up a member-to-member transfer you require the 12-digit Outlook Financial account number for that member.
Tip: You can save your member-to-member transfer as a favourite transaction. That way you won’t need to remember their 12-digit account number every time you want to transfer money to them.
Use your mobile app to deposit cheques to an eligible Outlook Financial savings account.
The funds will immediately appear in your account, but normal hold times still apply for all deposited amounts.
Mobile deposit is only available through the mobile app.

You must have a TFSA/RRSP plan and TFSA/RRSP savings account to open and make a term deposit online. To open a TFSA/RRSP plan and savings account, complete either the TFSA Application Form or the RRSP Application form. You will have to move funds from an eligible savings account to the TFSA/RRSP savings account before funding the term deposit.
Spousal RRSPs are not available through online banking at this time. You will need to contact us to process this request.
Your RRSP and TFSA contribution limits are established by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and are based on all of your investment activity information, which is known only to you. The limits are calculated by CRA and are communicated to you alone. For this reason, we recommend that you check your limits before making an RRSP or TFSA transaction, in order to ensure you don’t over-contribution.
