Manage your digital banking 

Taking care of the details can seem like a big task, but it shouldn’t be that way.

Set up online banking 

You require a debit card to sign up for digital banking. If you do not have a debit card, our representatives would be happy to order one for you. Contact Outlook Financial to request your debit card and get started with digital banking.  

  1. Contact an Outlook representative. 
  2. We will set you up with your Personal Access Code (PAC) and answer any questions you have to get you started. 
  3. Log in to Online Banking using your debit card number and your new PAC. 
  4. Update your PAC to a strong password known only to you for enhanced online security.  
  1. On the first login page, enter your 16-digit Outlook debit card number (no spaces), and click Login. 
  2. On the second login page, enter your Personal Access Code (PAC) you received from us, and click Login. 
  3. Immediately change your PAC to a secure alphanumeric password between 9 and 30 characters.  
  4. Online Banking takes you to the page where you are able to complete authentication information that will be used in future logins. 

The first time you log in, a Direct Service Agreement [PDF] appears. You must read and accept the agreement in order to use Online Banking.    


Update contact information 

Keeping your contact information up to date ensures you receive important notices, tax slips, and other information from Outlook Financial to help you manage your savings and digital banking services.  

To update your address information: 

  1. Login to your Outlook account through Online Banking. 
  2. On the left hand menu of your main page select Profile and Preferences. 
  3. Select Change Contact Information. 
  4. Complete required fields and click Continue. 
  5. Click Submit to finalize the process.

Update contact information

To update your address information: 
  1. Login to your Outlook account through Online Banking. 
  2. On the left hand menu of your main page select Profile and Preferences. 
  3. Select Change Contact Information. 
  4. Complete required fields and click Continue. 
  5. Click Submit to finalize the process. 

Personal Access Code (PAC) 

Your Personal Access Code (PAC) helps protect your accounts and personal information when using Outlook Financial’s online and mobile banking. It’s important to update your PAC regularly to maintain the security of your digital banking services.  

  1. Log in to Online Banking using your current password. 
  2. Click on My Profile, and select Change Personal Access Code (PAC). 
  3. Enter your current PAC, and then enter a new PAC twice so that it can be verified. 
  4. Click Submit. 

This option is only available on full website and not mobile app  

  1. To reset your password, please visit the Online Banking login screen. 
  2. Click Forgot your PAC? 
  3. Enter your Login ID (16 digit debit card number) and follow the prompts

You can also contact an Outlook Financial representative, and we’ll help you set up a temporary PAC so you can log in and create a new one. 

Please note that, as part of our security and privacy procedures, Outlook Financial does not store your Personal Access Code. Instead, we give you a new PAC and ask you to change it to something only you know. 

 

If your Personal Access Code or debit card number has been compromised or stolen, your online banking is no longer secure and you should take action right away to protect your account. 

Many fraudulent emails and websites impersonate a financial institution and get you to reveal passwords and account numbers. At Outlook Financial, we will never ask you for your passwords or ask you to reveal personal information in an email. As soon as you suspect you are a victim of fraud, secure your banking information.

What to do

  1. Contact Outlook Financial immediately

    • During business hours, speak with a representative.

    • After hours, call 1-800-567-8111 (toll-free) to report a lost or stolen card.

  2. Account security and PAC reset

    • If you called after hours, contact us the next business day.

    • We will issue a new debit card and PAC and address any concerns.

  3. Log in with your new credentials

    • Use your new debit card number and supplied PAC to access Online Banking. 

  4. Set a new Personal Access Code

    • Change your PAC to a value known only to you. 

 

If you become aware of any loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized use, contact us immediately to cancel your card, 24 hours a day at 1.877.958.7333.   


Obtain or replace a debit card 

To order a debit card contact an Outlook Financial representative.   Simply give us a phone call during regular business hours. Your card will arrive 7 to 10 days from the time you order it. Your PIN number will arrive under separate cover a few days later.
